Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the JCI Makati website and member portal, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Accounts
You may sign in using Google or email. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it. Portal access is subject to membership approval by JCI Makati.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, including posting unlawful or offensive content, attempting unauthorized access, harvesting member data, or using the directory for spam or unsolicited marketing.
Content
Content you submit (profiles, business listings, uploads) remains yours, but you grant JCI Makati permission to display it within the platform for chapter purposes. JCI Makati branding and site content may not be reused without permission.
Termination
We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or are no longer associated with active membership. You may stop using the service or request account deletion at any time.
Disclaimer & Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, JCI Makati is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
